My story is like so many others that I read about. I have been crossdressing on and off for many years and it seems alot more as I am getting older. Just coincidence or what? Seems I just can't wait to get home from work and get dressed and I'll bet you can guess what weekends were made for. I find it very relaxing and my head goes into a total different frame of mind. Not only that, I love to look nice.

My crossdressing never really started to move forward until I moved out on my own. One of my parents were always home and I rarely got away with anything as far as dressing. Having my own apartment and privacy was a real welcome for me. Then came the next challenge, going shopping. It would take a whole 2 days for me to get psyched up. By that time my nerves had pretty well had it, and by the time I had got what I wanted I was rattled for the next few days, but I sure was happy when I got something new to wear.

Then came the other challenge for me. Being alone. That was always on my mind for many years and thats the way it was. I just grew to accept it and just enjoyed being me. So this is the way it was off and on up until a couple of years ago and then two things happened. The desire to crossdress was becoming more intense and the arrival of internet in my life. Here we go with that 40's urge again. What's that all about?

So along comes the internet and along comes with it alot of discovery. All of the sudden I see so many girls like me out there and so many that had gone through what I had. I would spend so many nights reading stories of other girls. Then I discovered that there were chat rooms. I spent many nights just collecting chatrooms in my favorites and not go in them. Not sure what that was all about, but finally decided to hit the big button and started checking them out. I drifted around from room to room looking to make some friends. After awhile I found my way to TgGuide chatrooms and made some really wonderful friends there. The girls there were really supportive and made me feel very welcome. And for that I thank you girls, you are all wonderful. The rooms are down now and the girls have gone their own ways, so I hope to cross paths again one day. From there I began to meet many people from all over the world and have made many friends since then and continue to do so to this day.

Well the next discovery on the internet was online shopping. Hey this is great !!! I don't have to go out and be a nerveous wreck as much. I wonder why on Ebay there is a high bid history on a nice pair of heels size 12 or over, hhhmmmmm. Well since then my dressing style has improved alot and is something being always worked on. I buy things now I would never have the nerve to in a store. Even after all these years I am just figuring out how to walk in new 5 inch heels just bought. So far that has been fun and a few good laughs at myself. How in the world can you walk in 6 and 7 inch heels, besides very high and proud?

So that brings me to present day. I look back and see alot of accomplishments but also still see alot of challenges. Some of which I don't know if I will ever commit to actually doing. Making this web page was not easy and for me it took alot of heming and hawing, but have finally done it.

As far as walking out the door dressed. That one is not on my commitment list. I am so far from having the nerve to do that. But you never know what the future holds so I will keep an open mind to that.

Well it looks like I have typed up a storm. I figured I would be here forever doing this. Anyways I hope you enjoyed reading my bio and maybe we will meet in a chatroom sometime.
